This fireplace insert is NOT an infrared quartz as the title on the item indicates! It is just a basic electric fireplace! Google the model number and you will see it is not infrared. Just got one delivered and now I have to return it since I wanted the infrared quartz'Did not like their communication source ( email ) i think it would woked better with a ph call product still bent
