Just got this yesterday, so haven't used it yet. It looks pretty good, other than the packaging was kind of banged up and when I opened it the bubble wrap was encased in dust. So wasn't real impressed with the packaging. Also, it has a dent in the mesh on the left side above the bar and a couple of rough spots on the top edge that need smoothing. In spite of that, it looks like it will do the job which is keeping embers off my carpet.

$100 is a lot to spend on a fire screen, but my two kids and 2 dogs cant knock it over so it is totally worth it. With soccer balls flying at it, my son using it to stand himself up, and dogs running into it, this thing has not moved and really saved us many headaches. I bought this for a fireplace I was installing in a log cabin, and I figured it would be big enough. I figured wrong. While it was wide enough, it wasn't tall enough, so I gave it to my son, who has a fireplace in his house, and I haven't heard any more about it.
