The insert was easy to set up and is the most realistic I have ever seen. We have had others, but this is the best. We first ordered from Amazon and Plumstruck was the seller. We received a FDX delivery of the product wrapped in pieces of boxes taped together. When we opened it, the item was smashed and dented on both sides, the glass insert and remote control were missing and paint was scraped off. Plumstruck immediately arranged for FDX to return it after we called them, but I had a problem getting my refund. After numerous emails to Plumstruck and Amazon I had to filed a dispute with my credit card company.
I later ordered the item from QSN Fireplaces. The care they take in the delivery process made all the difference. I am told that these are very delicate and need special handling with delivery.
