I think the fireplace looks much better in person than the in the picture. It arrived well packaged and with no cosmetic blemishes. It was assembled, minus the feet. The hardest part was getting it out of the box, but it was well protected. They included a touch-up marker. The fire looks quite good and provides a pleasant ambiance, but of course it's not going to match a real fireplace. I didn't find it to be overly noisy. It heats up immediately and outputs a significant amount of heat, but I haven't run it long enough to know if it will actually warm up a room. Overall, very pleased with the product and seller.

I just got my fireplace today and I am very happy. It was securely packaged to prevent damage on delivery. All I had to do was unpack, secure the legs and turn it on.
