I originally ordered a fireplace from home depot. It got returned very quickly so I then ordered this one. It looks nice, I have gotten complements on it. It heats up nicely and was the perfect size for my wall. I probably would have given it 5 stars but there is one flaw, when you turn the heater on it makes an awful awful noise. I have however figured out a combination if things to do when turning it on to get it to not make the noise. A little disappointing when spending a little over $200 on something and it wasn't even in the house a month when it started making the noise. But it is still better the the disaster I got from home depot!!!
