I bought $800 worth of rugs from them right before moving into an apt installing hardwood floors.
Upon moving we realized we didn't need so many. We never unwrapped the ones we didn't need. Ever time we tried to return them they sent them back. They refused to answer correspondence from us or Amazon until finally the amount of time had passed in which they could simply answer "order closed ".
To which they then replied to everything they were sent. $800 of brand new rugs still packaged.
That is a truly low down, dirty,rip off artist supreme. The only return policy they have is "Makit absolutely impossible! "

Bought two of these rugs, showed up on time and after butting some rug tape on the bottom of them they are sitting very nice in my tiled room!
