Very nice fireplace and it heats up our room very well which helps with the oil bill! Assembly was very easy too...my husband put it together in less then an hour ( I helped a little too). I have gotten nothing but complements w/ this fireplace. Only issue was with the company that ships it (which is why I only gave this 4 stars)...they only ship during the week up until 3 o'clock and charge an extra $200 dollars if you want it delivered on a Saturday! Not very flexible for people who work. They also orginally told me I needed to be the one to take it off of the truck so I got my brother to come on the day they were going to deliver it. Let's just say it was supposed to be delivered between 1-3 and at 2:45 the lady called to tell me they forgot to put it on the truck!! I was pretty mad but they eventually delivered it the day after and thankfully I didn't need to take it off the truck. You will need someone to help you take it into the house though. Should only take 2 people to do this because the two boxes are not too heavy.

Horrible. This listing said, used and in good condition. Far from the truth. The firebox was in a separate box and was brand new and never used. The mantle was dropped prior to listing the product on Amazon. There was no hardware to put this fireplace together and the seller didn't have it either. We got the hardware from the manufacturer and we had to sand, mud and reliant the entire mantle. It was listed on Amazon for $100.00 less than Muskoka sells it but it wasn't worth it, we spent that much rehabbing the mantle. If my husband was not so handy, we would have been up a creek. Don't buy one of these 'used'.

I waited for a while to purchase this item. So glad that I finally bought it. Very easy to put together in less than an hour. Very sturdy and well made. I was shocked that Amazon actually sent it in 2 days (Prime). The heat off of it is incredible and fills the whole room. Definitely takes the chill out of the air in my basement. So happy with this purchase!

The fireplace is beautiful and was pretty simple to put together. The flame looks so real and the heater will warm a whole room. I am very pleased with it and would recommend it to those looking for a very nice electric fireplace.
