I had a couple of mishaps putting the piece together, but nothing that a quick trip to a local hardware store couldn't fix. Some of the pre-nailed pieces were falling apart and I had to purchase a longer and wider nail to fasten wood pieces together. Once the piece was finished, all was totally worth it!

I paid over 600.00 for this. It was supposed to be an electric fireplace and it uses gel fuel, not what we ordrered not what we wanted. the fire place in this unit is a piece of crap........ cheap....... you need to change you r search when someone searches for electric fireplaces that is what should come up. would not recommend this unit to anyone......lookd can be decieving. and i will not buy anything online without seeing it with my own eyes first...... no more ordering throuh amazon period...........
