This shipment has shown some evaporation or shrinking of gel resulting a slightly shorter burn time. Just put one on as it is below freeing. I love this product but itis very pricey.

I purchased this prior to Christmas and was very dissapointed in the product. We have used Real Flame for years and always purchased directly from their web site and love the product. However this time I purchased it through Amazon as it is the same (?) product but it is sold by Amazon. Found out after I had purchased that they will not allow you to return it. Out of 24 cans 20 of them were dented which meant that the gel had been compromised and there was a bad odor while it burned and instead of lasting 2-1/2 to 3 hours they might burn for an hour and then go out with still half a can left.Because it is almost $100 for 24 cans I have decided to go elsewhere because they cannot and will not do anything to guarentee their product.I have been buying this product for a two year period: Bought my first case of many for the 2011 winter season and it was terrible.. can this item be defective? Have they changed the product? This use to burn for three hours , this case , each can used has only burned for an hour.. Was it old?
Can anyone let me know, for this price and expidited delivery ( don't bother , it still took over seven days for delivery), In this economy ! Any answer
would help for next decision on what kind to buy.. Thank You and Happy Holidays
