This clock is awesome, and it's been going for three years strong. The only complaint that I could think of is how flimsy the hands are, but they probably needed to keep them really lightweight for the motor in the clock. I really like the look of it, and it's held up to the test of time. I'd recommend this to someone else.Nice looking clock.. Hand made welding adds a nice touch .. But the clock mechanizing hands just swing freely .. So if you want it just for looks.. This is great .. But not for keeping time..Love this piece, it is exactly as described and looks amazing above my fireplace. There is not a back to the clock so if you have it on a darker wall color like i do it may be a bit hard to tell the time. This is not an issue for me because i got it more for the look. (i can still tell the time it just takes a few seconds longer to locate the hands) If this style matches your house you won't be disappointed with this clock!
