In a condo, this provides just enough fireplace to be perfect for cold winter evenings, and with the warmth from the fuel, it's wonderful. Also, we can put it on the deck for evenings spent out there, however, it's fairly heavy, so it's not that easy to move. I love the design, it was easy to put together and it's easy to use.
