Yep.. directions were terrible. It doesn't tell you what is front vs. back, so you need to be cautious about the lacquered side. We had to take it completely apart after we realized we were doing it wrong. Also, we got our end piece without being pre-drilled. So, the top isn't drilled down on one side. I've uploaded pictures depicting the missing drill points on the part. I would recommend not buying this product.

I uploaded pictures showing the lack of professionalism and missing holes in part "D" for this product. But Amazon promptly took them down.. Almost gonna not shop Amazon. Thanks Amazon.

This piece was the exact color and style that my wife wanted. We were nervous when we read the reviews the two main complaints seemed to be 1) the instructions were poor 2) there were broken pieces.With that in mind, we ordered this table and everything the reviewers said had been true. One side panel for a drawer was broken and the instructions took some real studying. Because I expected these problems, I took it all in stride.
I was very careful in putting it together and still had to go back and redo a part that not clear in the instructions. But, I got it done.
The instructions contained an 800 number for any problems and questions. I called, got right through to a person. She asked me to take a photo of the broken piece, a brief description, email that to her. Within a week a replacement had arrived. I finished my drawer, and we're good to go.
I'm pleased with the overall look. I can't give it five stars for the reasons listed above. But if you go into it with the right expectations, this can be a good table. I get angry and frustrated easily with poor quality and I would have been cursing all day if I hand't been prepared for the challenges.

This product arrived when on time. The packaging was not damaged, but the item was. The top came with a scratch in the corner. The drawers were both broken where the sliders connect on. I had to glue them together to put the drawers together. Ok, so this thing seemed like a good deal until i got it.. I opened the box and 2 pieces were broken then as i tried to still put it together i noticed it didnt have holes drilled where the instructions indicated which made it impossible to put together. i didnt read the reviews before I bought it...I will say this, the return policy looks super simple.. I clicked return item in my amazon account and it spit out a prepaid return label and even gave the option to have it picked up at my residence! In addtion amazon says they will refund my purchase within 2 days of recieving the returned item!! Thats a really amazing return policy especially for an online store.. Im shipping it back tommorrow so we will see how the return goes...

I really love the piece, it seems pretty good quality and is a great color! The instructions aren't difficult if you just pay attention! It doesn't tell you specifically which end is front and which is back, but one side is pretty and glossy while the other is rough and ugly-er. Also if you pay attention to which end the wheels are suppose to be on it's helpful!My one disappointment is that I got almost the entire thing built and one side didn't have the predrilled holes! So I'm trying to decide if I should just attempt to drill them my self or if I'm going to unbuild it and pack it up and return it for a new one! I'm pretty bummed... ):
