This was a necessity for the unfinished fireplace that was in our home. It was a great price but i ranked it a 3only b/c it did NOT have instructions at all. So we had to look up the how to's on the internet which was a headache having to try and find the how too's on this product. Once we did, it was easy enough. Oh, and we had to go out and purchase our own masonry screws for it and that was nuts, no pun intended, b/c we wanted to be able to assemble it when we got it but had to go out to the stores b4 we could b/c the screws were not in it. I feel that they should add them and then just charge for them. Thanks.
