Nice, quality string of lights. They give off such a warm, gentle flicker much like a candle. I'm not sure exactly why there is so much length between each light and why the plug end is so short, but still works great and looks wonderful.

I really like these lights. They flicker very nicely and will look awesome on the tree or window ledge. I do wish it had more than ten to a strand and that they would connect together like other light strands do, eliminating the need for more extension cords.

I purchased a string of these flickering lights to wrap around some logs in my fireplace, creating a faux-crackling-fire look. The end result is awesome, and I'm so pleased with how they look. But this didn't come without some casualties... two of the bulbs smashed while I was working them around the logs. These aren't something you'll want to move around a lot -just get them where you want them and leave them be, and they'll look great. I can't comment on longevity / burn-out rate, because I've only had them for a few months and don't plug them in all that often. One more thing -each bulb is probably a foot or more away from the next, so it's difficult to get a "clustered" look... but not impossible. All in all a cool product.
