I have never ordered something and returned it. This was my first. Not only did I receive it with missing screws, the screen's edges has wires that poke out everywhere. It would totally cut your skin on your fingers, especially a baby's. It was also flimsy. It looked like they sent me a screen that someone else might of returned.
I also had problems getting credited after I returned it. They never credited me, until Amazon stepped in. Then they emailed and said they weren't notified from their storage that an item was returned. So good thing Amazon stepped in and I saved my UPS labels. Not worth the $$$$$$!!!!! JUNK!!!!!!!!!!!!I bought this screen about 4 years ago to keep my grandchildren away from my Napoleon woodstove. The sides don't go all the way back to the wall and the kids could go around it, but so far none of them has burnt their hand.
