I installed the fireplace blower myself but had to confirm the wiring with the technical department at the seller. It came with instructions that were for Heatolator Unit but this was a Canadian made knock off. After assurances on how to connect the electrical hook up, thermal switch and fan control I installed it fairly quickly. It turns on about 10 minutes after the fireplace is lit. It will remain on until the fireplace cools as well. My only problem is that it makes too much noise it whistles even when set on the lowest speed setting. I am going to follow up with the seller tech and either fix this or hopefully return it.

The fan works great, but the instructions were horrible. The instructions were incomplete and I had to look them up online.The unit works as expected. Unfortunately, the instructions aren't very easy to follow, since they are for another manufacturer's similar hardware. Better instructions would have made for a much simpler installation process.The blower was not complete and I had to improvise to install. I called the manufacturer for help, but they didn't return my callI paid for this product and never got it because they had it priced wrong. They sent me an email that said that they refunded my money and they were having it shipped back to them. I talked to them saying i paid for this product and it was mine how can they just take it back. I said if I went to Walmart and bought something and as I was walking out they said o sir we did not charge you enuf for the product and we are going to take it out of your cart and give you a refund. I know they would not do that because that would be bad customer service.I emailed customer service and they said pretty much too bad

I'm happy to have found this log carrier. It's not too large nor too small. I'd seen numerous polyester or plasticky carriers but I wanted something more flexible so that it would lie flat when not filled. It seems highly durable and the end caps are just enough to keep all those little pieces from falling out.Our old carrier was worn out & wasn't as well made as this new one. It is sturdy & protects against bits of bark falling from the sidesWe have heated with wood for the last 30 years and our most loved log carrier finally gave out, It was 44 inches from handle to handle and I ws looking for one to replace it but almost all of them seemed to be considerably smaller. I don't think we could have carried more than 3 good sized logs in them so that meant more frequent trips to get wood which did not excite me. Then I found this log carrier and am so glad that I did. It is good sized and seems sturdy. It holds just as much wood as our old one and the enclosed sides are an added bonus. Now I wonder why we didn;t think to replace our old log carrier sooner. In this instance, newer is better.

Great product and functions exactly how you would expect. The dowels that hold the ends of the canvas rigid and keep the handle straps in place are not secured and can fall out when you don't have wood in it (when going back outside to fill it with wood). That is the only reason it does not get 5 stars.

Can't really complain, especially when I've seen simpler log holders without a tote for almost double the price.And just like the picture, the larger handles of the tote don't really stay down, but it's made of a laminated canvas, so it's stiffer than simple duck canvas. In time, it'll probably get softer with use and lay flatter to the exterior side of the holder. The metal rods at the ends of the tote (where the handles are attached) aren't entire enclosed, so pay attention to it when lifting the empty tote. The fit is loose enough that if you're careless, they may slip out.

Very easy to put together, but you have to be careful because one of the poles snapped apart while I was putting it together, so watch over tightening the poles :( Still got it up though..I'm not sure if you would want to place a very heavy T.V. on top of it..We're just using it for a 22inch t.v...Definitely a very simply put together shelf..No muss No fuss!

I really like this piece. Pay attention to the dimensions, bc it is low. But that is just what we wanted for our kids playroom. Great piece. Easy to put together. Very sturdy and very nice looking.

We installed this about two months ago to hold TWO serving platters, one large behind one small, with a weight of about 25lbs. We didn't use the included wall hangers and instead located a stud and used 2" brass pan head screws. Over the past two months, the hanger hasn't bent out of shape and our platters show no sign of falling off. Very satisfied. Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware sell a very similar product for $30. Now we're debating ordering another one to hang below our platters to put a serving bowl.The thing about this hanger is using the depth to your advantage. Yes, it's 4" deep, so a single plate is going to slouch, so don't put a single plate in it; use it for a SET of plates.

Have a very nice active fireplace with the bush of a button on a remote controller! Very realistic flames and glowing, burning logs. The heat given off completes the effect.
The raised log basket looks good even when the "fire" is turned off. Because real burning logs in a fireplace are not in front of a vertical wall, the black rear panel was a concern. However, in the fireplace it blends with the blackened fire bricks and is not a distraction. Some brands have "mirrored" panels which are more noticable. Reviews of other manufacturers inserts complained about heater fan noise. The hum of the ClassicFlame fan is not noticable, it is almost like the sound of a real fire.
A very satisfactory electric fireplace insert. It is ready to plug in and enjoy right out of the box.

This table is a little flimsy and short but other then that it's alright. I keep a 32" flat screen tv on it and it seems to bow just a tiny bit underneath the TV. That being said, I've been using it for about 4 months and it hasn't collapsed yet so...
